Not bad for the price.I bought these for compression and they are not really tight compression but they will not fall off your arms wither.I am 5ft 9in, about 160 lbs, and you can see in the images how they fit me in the images in case you have a similar build.Although they would not be good for compression, they would be good for sun protection as they actually let a lot of air/wind in and end up cooling your arms as you run, I really enjoyed that.Pros: Cool your arms while running, inexpensiveCons: Not a compression fitConclusion: Overall, I decided to keep these for running on hot summer days to keep my arms cool and offer some sun protection. However, I will purchasing some true compression sleeves for basketball at a later date.Hope this helps another Amazon Shopper,Cheers ; )

Okay. I purchased 3 what I thought were different styles of arm covers, all black. Well, I got 2 Hi-cool and one something else. At least I can compare the two I bought. Hi-cool are far superior. I wear them for at least 8 hours and my arms do not mind! I am afraid of skin cancer and I am in the sun all day, so I bought these. Yes, they are bit warm, but not bad at all. They grip but not so tight you lose circulation (and I do not have skinny arms). They are so soft and comfortable. I wish I knew what the other ones were called, but I now know for a fact that Hi-Cool Rules!06/2015- Well, I ordered another pair and these are different. They are much thinner and seem shorter. I guess they are not all made the same. Just a heads up. The new pair is very uncomfortable because it is smaller and shorter. Once you stretch it to fit, you can see through the fabric....hope it still protects me. Buyer beware. All Hi-Cool are not the same.

I've ordered so many of these, even pack deals with variety colors. The single black ones here were cheaper and when the sun makes me itch at times, these block that problem out very well and you do not get hot in them-- they keep your arms cool. Even when you walk into a chilly area with these sleeves on, you feel it go straight to your arms (ha!). Unusual. Unexpected. Cool. (lacking one star because they slide down your arms and you can't keep the top of your hands covered (if need be)-- like you might be able to with the sleeves with the thumb hole-- which I might alter all of mine to that effect, because I've already bought too many before I realized I want the ones with the thumb holes.)

They need to say that they are for women or kids. They will not fit my arms like others do. Not to happy at all with them or the seller. Will not buy from them again.

The sleeves fit a bit snug, but the length is perfect for wearing with short-sleeve t-shirts and short-sleeve polo shirts. I am 6'2'' and have somewhat long arms. I am average in body type, maybe slender. My arms are not flabby and not heavily muscled - a swimmer's or cyclist's build would be the best comparison. If your arms are much thicker than mine then I could see how these sleeves would be uncomfortable. I wear them primarily for playing softball and for hiking in the desert. They keep my arms feeling very cool, but by the end of the day it feels great to take the sleeves off. I wash them in mild detergent, cold water only, and hang dry them to make sure not to shrink and ruin them - so far so good! I bought 2 pair and gave one away because I thought a co-worker's husband might like them. These are a great buy. I plan on purchasing a couple of more in other colors.

I purchased to cover my tattoos at my job, and they were OK for the price. I am however disappointed how they seemed to stretch out over time, seeing as how I have very skinny arms and it's hard to find tight fitting things like this. If you don't plan to use these too much, for only certain occasions, these would work for you. If need to use daily like I did, id suggest something more durable and something a little more durable, and costs a little more. It'd be worth the money in the long run. <-(The saying is true, "you get what you pay for!" 😉)

I purchased 1 pair to see if I would like them. These sleeves are of good quality. However, there is only 1 size. Although I'm a woman and they fit perfectly. I think if a man with muscles were to purchase this he would be dissapointed because his arms will be squeezed tight and there will be no room for flexing. I think theses sleeves are great for woman but too small for a grown man's arm. Not unless you are a man that weighs no more than 145 lbs. with no arm muscles like the guy in the photo. Overall, great product, fast shipping, just want a woman needs.

These arm sleeve work great to cover my calf tattoo. Fabric is lighweight and holds its shape. Most of ALL the price was great and the shipping was free. The shipment arrived weeks ahead of promised date. I have told all my coworkers about this great deal to cover their tattoos for a mere dollars. Thanks for your wonderful product.
