TruVibe Organic Raw Hemp Seeds (16 oz)

I am a vegetarian that craves carbs like crazy and to offset them I needed some high protein foods. I didn't realize hemp seeds were touted to be so high in protein but upon learning that I had to get some. My first impression, they smell like pine nuts and they taste a wee bit similar as well. What do I think about them? I love them, I actually put them on my (evil) pasta and also in my oatmeal. I am definitely buying this again and would recommend to anyone wanting a great high-protein vegetarian food supplement.

Really wonderful quality! Light and nutty taste, not nearly as pungent as other brands. The seal works very well also. The occasional burnt seed shell may present itself, but this is not an issue :DI will be buying from this brand again!P>S> great addition to rice and beans!

These seeds are really wonderful. I had never tried them before, but at 10 grams of protein in 2 TBS, (since I am a new non-meat eater and need new forms of protein), these seemed like a good idea.They were not just a good idea, but are now my favorite new topping/addition.They have a soft consistency and I think a great taste. I have been putting 2 TBS a day on salads, in pasta, in my banana bread, really on or in just about anything (except I haven't tried with sweet- but I'll bet they'd be fine in granola bars).I can't say if this brand is better or worse than other brands, but I am certainly sticking with this brand as they come packaged well, and taste fresh and tasty.

These have an excellent nutty taste which can be eaten raw! I also use them in waffles and oatmeal. I've sprinkled them on top of rice noodles with pesto sauce. They are also good on toast with sprouts, avocado, tomato and tofu! I will definitely purchase these hemp seeds again!!

Organic. Hemp. Seeds. What else do you need to know? OH, this company has great messaging that we should all listen to a bit more, possibly the world would be a better place. For this reason alone, I'll keep buying their products (I like their cacao too).

Well, let me just say that I'm a novice to what hemp seed should taste like, but I do know when something is fresh and of a good quality. I've tasted it and surmised that the flavor is naturally bland so I believe it taste as it should. It goes into one of the recopies for my diabetic destroying smoothies. I like this product.
