Great laser overall. very good build quality and I am very pleased with the quality of my engravings. The laser arrived in good condition and the mirrors were aligned right out of the box. It took me a little bit to find the perfect focal length for the lens and the instructions provided were poorly translated into english and not too helpful. I found that the best distance from the workpiece to the bottom of the laser carriage was 39mm. There are a lot of good videos on youtube showing how to find the ideal focal length depending on what you are cutting/engraving. I had no previous knowledge or experience with laser engravers before this purchase and overall the setup process was pretty easy.The one limitation of this machine is the maximum thickness the workpiece can be. The bed can only lower enough to allow the material you are engraving to be about 5cm thick.

Machine arrived in a large crate. Got it unpacked and setup pretty quickly. At first it didn't engrave, but after getting some help from the TEN-HIGH people, I discovered that the water inlet and outlet were reversed on my machine. Swapped them around and now it works like a champ! Documentation is a little hard to read, but the machine works, once it is set up. They recommend using CorelDraw to drive it, but I have been very successful making bitmaps in other packages and importing them into the LaserDRW software provided.Excellent machine, so far. And they kept working with me until we got it working. They even called me from China to verify that it was all working in the end.
