Harmony 6' x 8' Greenhouse with Starter Kit

I was disapointed when this arrived. The box was damaged, but every thing seemed ok. It was cheaper than I expected. I decided to keep it and figured most of them are this way now and it would have been difficult to box back up and send back. I have tried 4 times to assemble this and have now given up. I did call after my 2nd attempt and the cs service was nice, they said they could replace any damaged parts but that was it. Discouragement, weather, etc. have gotten in the way for it to take so long in my 4th attempt. I have assembled many involved things by myself. Last attempt I had a man who had built 2 log cabins, and his wife who has assembled many things, graciously help me. I left the foundation in place. I had some of the items in place, ready to go, figured we could do it in less than 2 hours. No wind, finally, that is what interferred the other 3 times, along with extreme heat. It was so flimsy, the other attempts, everything would move in less than a 3 mph wind. We finally got to a point, after 3 hours of frustration, that we called it quits. There was no way the top side part was going to fit with the panels that were inserted. They said they had never seen anything like it. They blame the manufacture. My problem is I have waited too long. Not sure if I have something like a small claims court I could pursue this in. I am out $800.00, now I see it is over $1000K!!! Bad, Bad, Bad!

Nice greenhouse!

First and foremost, my kit was missing a part. I am 20 percent assembled and customer service told me it will be another 7 to 10 days before I receive the missing part to finish the greenhouse. I have no idea what the quality is like but I can say that initial quality control and customer service are not top priority. And I hope you are good with pictures because the directions only offer pictures.Update: I talked with Customer Service a second time who told me they didn't have any record of ordering the missing part. Supposedly, they resubmitted the order for the missing part. Tomorrow will be two weeks and still no part. No urgency on their part to make a customer whole, it seems.

Took about 8 hours for my husband & me to assemble. Great instructions! This greenhouse is 6x8 which isca perfect hobby sized greenhouse. I have grown many flowers and veggies from seed. It has survived very high winds with no damage. My husband built the deck it is standing on, and it is screwed down very well! Great price, and it arrived early!
