I’ll let you know later how the Genestra HMF Intensive and women’s products actually work, but the HMF Replete is absolutely wonderful and has saved me much pain and anxiety. I hope these other two work as well, but the Replete is too expensive for me to take on a regular basis.

I am on a leaky gut diet, and being led through the healing process with assistance of my Naturopath. She recommended this product. I can tell it is working well...my food cravings are down, and every time I increase the capsule amount, I go through a die-off. Now have been on this product for 4 months and have not been sick with anything going around. I live in Arizona, and though this product does not need to be refrigerated, Genestra sends it with an ice pack...important because our mailboxes heat up in the summer.

This item was supposed to be delivered cold but it came in a box with no cold packs at all. I believe the product's integrity was severely compromised and I am very disappointed. I had ordered this item before and it came with cold packs previously. This is a great product but if it can't be shipped properly, there's no point in buying it. I am afraid to purchase this again.

UPDATE: after the review went live, customer service contacted me again to try and resolve the issue. They looked deeper into the shipping and found that it took 5 days to get to me rather than the recommended 48hrs. Full refund was given. Edited stars given since they looked deeper into the issue and refunded, but still think the issue should have been looked into when I initially called customer support. Product did well when ordering it over winter - appetite suppression was noticeable. Order during warmer times, not so much. Received order and the ice pack felt hot to touch. Measured the ice pack at 96°f. Tried calling customer service but initial few calls were unable to complete due to limited hours. Once I did reach was told the pills can be at room temp for 3 days without issue. Reiterated the ICE PACK was 96°f (would be the worst room ever). Rep said they would get with supervisor. They emailed 7 days later with blanket statement about pills could be at room temps for 3 days. Since I couldn’t return or get refund, I took them….nothing - probiotics were definitely baked and dead. TLDR: don’t order if temps are over 70/80°f those ice packs are worthless.

Amazingly effective probiotics to help recalibrate our guy’s balance. Pricey but so worth it.

Great product. Well tolerated and high quality.Iserve is the best distributor of the product compared to others due to the fact that they ensure the product gets to you with the proper labeling to let mail carriers know of its need for refrigeration or that it's perishable and they do put a hefty freezer pack in with it. Most places didn't go that distance to ensure the Integrity of the product.

I used to experience gas like nobody's business until I started taking probiotics. This brand was recommended by the doctor because it did not need to be refrigerated, and suitable for travel. To it's credit, it did solve my gas issues, but at About $1.21/capsule, it is not the most affordable probiotic on the market. I have severe stomach stress issues so found myself needing 2-3 capsules a day. Because I don't swallow pills very well, I opened the capsules and added the product directly into my water bottle which worked out fine. I have since found Cultrelle probiotics to be just as effective. Granted, they are 1/3 the potency of this probiotic, but they are also 1/3 the price. And if I use the same amount of capsules, 2-3, the savings are decent enough for me to continue its use,

excellent product, was shipped quickly and safely. This was suggested to me by a professional and truly have helped changed my life for the better. this is the second product I have used from Genestra brands and wow I see a huge difference in my health !! thanks for a great product

They change your mood

The product itself is great. It didn’t come with any freezer pack though which is disappointing. I won’t be ordering again from Amazon due to this.
