I ordered 4 jars of Duke’s & unfortunately the box arrived damaged; so damaged 2 jars were missing. We contacted the seller sending them photos of the box to prove our claim. They said no problem, we’ll make it right. Next thing we know another box shows up, damages, but not like the first one & it has 4 jars of mayo inside. Until I bought this for my mother who had just moved in, I had never heard of Duke's. She is from FL and I live in MI, and I haven't seen it anywhere. I bought this jar for her, and she was absolutely delighted. The flavor of this mayonnaise,compared to Helman's- my usual brand, Duke's has a tangier nuttier flavor. I have mainly used it on sandwiches. I would be interested in using it to make tuna or egg salad to see what yields. Being that I only bought the small jar, I guess I'll have to wait on that. I am not a big fan of miracle whip, and most people seem to be a Mayo OR a Miracle Whip kind of person. I would say that Duke's could be the spread that might bring these two worlds together and appease everyone.
