I was hesitant at first to purchase these however, I am so glad that I did. These fit so nice. I am 5’ tall and weigh about 110 and I ordered the small. They fit a lil snug around the waist and the rest of it fits perfectly. You sweat, you sweat a lot and that’s exactly what they are meant to do. I wore them 3 days and at day 3, I noticed my legs & booty looked much slender and not sure if this is another benefit, but my skin is really soft. I can’t wait to see what happens with continuous use. One more benefit is that they are so cute on, you can wear them out anywhere. Don’t you just love it when you find a product that does exactly what it claims to do ?

I am in absolute love with these shorts. They work amazing and are just the thing I was missing for my work outs and cardio. I couldn’t believe how much my legs sweat during my work outs and didn’t know I could sweat so much on the area of body the shorts cover. They also fit me amazingly. I am a bikini body builder w a tiny waist and have muscular thighs and a built bottom. I had no gap in my waist due to the high fit and the legs and bottom were snug. I love the pocket on the side too. It fits my regular sized iPhone and keeps it secure even on the stepper. They are also super flexible and I am able to have full range of motion In them during my work outs and w no crack peeping out during squatting movements. They are also fashionable enough to wear out in public. I do however recommend keeping a towel w you bc you will sweat like crazy. I’m really glad I got two pairs so I can rotate them. I got a size small and they go all the way down to my knee (perfect!) Great shorts to pad and supplement work out shorts collection. Good for money. Does cause you to sweat and also launders well. It is sized a bit small but holds you in where the stomach needs it.

Material thickness was sturdy but not overbearing. The zipper works good. I've worn a few times walking with a 15 pound weighted vest and got a good sweat. Running in the shorts is manageable. Recommend to those trying to get an extra sweat during their workout. Or for getting ride of some water weight, but consistency is the key in wearing this. Washing with warm water and soap in the sink, shower is easy.

These sweat shorts work but I gave them a 3 star rating because after the first wearing and washing the stitching along the bottom of the shorts began to unravel. Also, I found them to be on the small side. I bought another brand at same time & same size which fit much better. BUT, I will say, these do get the job done. They go on just like donning a shorty scuba suit, they make me sweat and they keep my muscles nice and warm which prevents cramping. They are a good grade neoprene & if the stitching along the edges had been better I would have given them 4 stars; if they had fit as well as the other pair and the stitching had not unraveled, I would have rated 5 stars.

My product experience is very favorable. I purchased TrainingGirl Hot Neoprene Sauna Sweat Shorts with Pocket for Women Weight Loss Slimming Pants Workout Body Shaper Yoga Leggings (Black Hot Sauna Shorts, 2XL) I like the fact that they are high waisted to address the spare tire and the length of the shorts are a little long, but actually great because I was able to roll them up to the length I wanted. I then purchased the XL in Pink, and found that the length of the legs were shorter, which was disappointing. If the length of the legs stayed the same on all sizes, then for shorter legs like mine, you could roll them up. For longer leg lengths they would be good also. I can wear either size, just depends on how "tight" you want them to be. I find since I am walking 5 miles, they do not have to be "snug" to make you sweat. Thanks again for a great product that I have already encouraged my friends to purchase.

I like the quality of the shorts. It's 100% neoprene and it doesn't have that rubber effect like some other shorts. The size was easy to measure. I usually wear S, however, as per the size table I chose M and it fits perfectly. Thank you for making such a great product! :)

For reference sake I'm 5'2 115lbs and I got the small. These also fit when I was over 120lbs. They are the same texture as a wet suit. Fairly light and thin yet strong. You will sweat. I sometimes wear them on my fast walks. Not so bad taking them off but trying to pull them back up after a washroom break is not an easy feat lol. Just like putting on a wet one piece bathing suit. They are compression fit so very slimming and reduce the look of cellulite. I bought the yellow as well. Handy side pocket for your phone also. You can roll the bottom up to make shorter as well.
