I'd like to buy this product but many customers compain of open leaking trays/pouches and damaged packaging. has this issue been addressed?

I have experienced this issue first hand. Out of a box of 16 400g trays, I found 2 trays to have a burst seal. I contacted Amazon customer services and had a replacement order sent out with no question. I also was left with the original order as food products are not required to be returned. This does not answer your question exactly, but I hope it slays any fears about being left out of pocket should you have this problem. I would add, I have purchased this product many times over the last couple of years with only 1 order having the issue.

Is there sugar in the dog food ?

There is no added sugar in Harringtons foods

9 of my pouches have arrived mouldy, leaking and rancid smelling. Amazon don't accept returns on this product. Any one have Harrington address?

I had the same problem two years ago,the cause was lids not tight enough on trays and being thrown around and squashed on van during delivery,some of mine even had maggots, I was buying direct from Harrington's whose address is online where I found it,sorry I no longer have it but keep looking it is there
