Great for POTS!
They are much better when cold, and of the other flavors, these taste the best that I’ve had. I also have POTS, so getting drinks that can increase my electrolytes if I’m starting to feel like I’ll pass out that don’t taste horrible has been rough. When I had the flu these were the only things that I could keep down, and have a very light taste. I love having them for backup in case I’m feeling sick or faint. I recommend it for all of my fellow spoonies!

Strawberry kiwi is the best flavor
As a POTS warrior these are 1 of my most grabbed electrolyte drinks! Its not too salty or sweet. Strawberry kiwi is my absolute favorite but have tried grape, orange, and fruit punch. Definitely a must if you need electrolytes daily!

These are the best!! I’m pregnant and cannot get enough of these. They seem to fix multiple symptoms including the heartburn. I also swim and exercise substantially, this makes me feel great. They can be slightly sweet, the Strawberry-kiwi is my favorite, the others are great too but I dilute them with water. Highly recommend

Great taste
Love this drink! I was a soda hound before starting radiation, and afterwards found I couldn’t handle the carbonation anymore. Tried many types and flavors of electrolytes and found this to be the best
