Is this makeup hypoallergenic. I have problems especially around my eyes and it makes them tear.

Although Aeroblend is hypoallergenic, you'll want to still be careful to not spray into the eyes. Aeroblend is free of fragrance, parabens, and synthetic dyes & pigments. You'll find it's gentle for even the most sensitive skin types.

can you apply this after using moisterizer?

Yes! Aeroblend is best airbrushed onto bare, moisturized skin. Any moisturizer will do as along as it absorbs well into your skin and does not contain silicone.
