Really works, I live in a really hard water area and found other brands expensive and quick to run out. Always having to buy more and never felt like the limescale really went. This product has shifted it after following the easy steps, and there’s loads left for when I need to use it again- in about a week. There is no vile smell, the product is odourles. Quick and easy to use. If you suffer with limescale like we do this is the end to your probs. Excellent value for money, definitely be a cleaning cupboard essential from now on. Seller contacted me back straight away too when package was delayed due to post during Coronavirus and refunded me as it took so long to get to me.

I have a glass kettle and descaling is essential for keeping it looking good. I've tried other brands like Oust and ScaleAway, these are good but very expensive. Having tried this a few times now I'm pleased with the product, it's just as effective as the others but much cheaper, and you only need a small amount. The good: • Economical • Effective • Good container - no sachets The bad: • Can't think of anything! Overall very pleased with this, and I'll buy more when I've used it up

Product is good and descaled the kettle nicely. However the packaging let’s it down. You have to decant it into a better container to be able to actually get the correct measurement of product out to descale your equipment.

This stuff works really well. My kettle has a low water content boil feature with a silencer in the bottom. It is good but the whole assembly gets full of limescale. This descaler cleaned it right up, I was impressed how well it worked the first time. I gave it a second dose too to get rid of some residual limescale and it now looks brand new inside. I haven't used this in my iron yet but because it is so useful I will try that next. The only thing I don't like about this product is the lid is an awkward shape which makes it harder than it needs to be to get the stuff out.

Such a small amount than before. Maybe I should of read the details a bit more but I've used this time and time again and never let me down. I used to buy the big tubs of this and couldn't get it for ages and when it came back on sale I grabbed it thinking it was the big tubs but wow what a very disappointed customer, misleading maybe or my own fault but no longer will I buy this again.

The product works extremely well and quicker than any of the other brands, we live in an extremely hard water area. However I wasn’t sure the plastic tub it comes in was as good as it could be. It’s fiddly to first open and the grains are literally at the top. I will buy again though, as it’s easier and better than the rest in the market. And doesn’t gas you out like the main brand I used to use either!

It comes in powder form and I added half teaspoon to kettle and filled to scale level then switched it on. the powder works great but I did it a second time to complete the rescaling, I should have used a full teaspoon at first but it’s something you learn. The product works brilliantly, quick acting and cheap compared to others, it will clean the kettle of years as you have to use little to do the process.

After being amazed by the price of descalers from more popular brand, I tried this one out. It works perfectly! I descale once a month or so, and this small packet lasts 18 months. Pros: - Descales my kettle! - Easy to follow instructions - A little goes a long way Cons: - Awkward shaped container to pour - Amazon asks for a "Flavour" rating. Hmmmm
