Inexpensive and Works Very Well but Definitely Exercises Your Hand
I had to clear water from the rain gutter. The hardware store sold me a shaker siphon pump that was supposed to make things easy. Unfortunately, the shaker siphon pump would not move the water no matter how hard I would shake it. I guess there wasn't enough volume of water for the shaker siphon pump? The Luigi's siphon pump cost me less than half of what I paid for the shaker siphon pump. It worked as soon as I started pump the device. It is quite a workout for your hand but it gets the job done quick.

Handy Tool That Makes Liquid Transfers Effortless!
I recently picked up Luigi’s Siphon Pump, and I have to say—it’s one of those simple tools that makes you wonder why you didn’t get it sooner. Whether you’re moving water, gasoline, or other liquids, this pump does the job quickly and without the mess. The design is straightforward but very effective. Just a few squeezes of the hand pump and the liquid starts flowing smoothly—no more awkward tilting of heavy containers or worrying about spills. I’ve used it to transfer fuel into my lawn mower, empty out water from a container, and even move some old gas from a jerry can, and it worked flawlessly every time. The hose is long enough to reach comfortably, and the suction power is surprisingly strong for such a lightweight tool. What I really appreciate is its versatility. It’s not just for gasoline—it works for water, alcohol, and other liquids as well. For anyone who does yard work, camping, or just needs a reliable way to transfer liquids without lifting and spilling, this pump is a lifesaver. Plus, it’s compact enough to keep in the garage or even in the car for emergencies. In short, Luigi’s Siphon Pump is simple, sturdy, and super convenient. It saves time, prevents messes, and makes an annoying task much easier. Definitely a must-have tool for around the house, garage, or on the go!

Good.
Works good for what I needed it for. Was frustrated at first as no directions but I figured it out.

Simple but effective
I needed a siphon pump to drain water from a fountain to store it for the winter. The pump worked as expected and completed the job. I don't anticipate needing it again for a year so it won't get much use. So my one-time use was good.

Useless
Does not come with cap to put over opening of can when filling up. Really a problem transferring from one to another. Doesn’t work

Luigi siphon pump (Amazon B06XKHP8Q4) description is misleading. To learn how to use, see review.
How to use: Liquid/Fuel Transfer Siphon Pump - Large Squeezing Syphon for Lawn Mowers & Manual Pumping Petrol, Water, Alcohol and more! (By Luigi's) https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XKHP8Q4/ Shorter stiff tube (source tube) goes into source. Longer flexible tube (dispensing tube) goes into destination. There are two ways to use this siphon/pump. Advantage of priming is less squeezing/releasing bulb and liquid transfers much faster. Either way, first close cap on top of bulb. Also, if liquid is dangerous, wear safety glasses and gloves on both hands. 1.) Manually. Repeatedly squeeze/release bulb. Depending upon how much bulb is squeezed, it might take 3 to 6 squeeze/release cycles before liquid starts to transfer. If after 8 to 10 squeeze/release cycles nothing is transferred, squeeze/release bulb faster, make sure cap on top of bulb is closed, and make sure source tube is in liquid. Once transfer starts, each time bulb is squeezed/released some liquid is transferred. Continue squeezing/releasing bulb until transfer is finished. NOTE: It may appear that weak siphon develops which then stops. This is not weak siphon. It is simply liquid running out of bulb, which is slow and takes some time. 2.) Priming. WARNING: First read entire priming instruction before starting. Place finger over end of dispensing tube and do not remove finger until instructed to do so. Slowly squeeze/release bulb and let liquid fill dispensing tube. Repeat slowly squeeze/release bulb until dispensing tube is filled with liquid. Depending upon how much bulb is squeezed, it might take 10 to 15 squeeze/release cycles to fill dispensing tube. Slowly squeeze/release bulb one more time to make sure all air is gone. All air is gone (and therefore system is fully primed) when bulb becomes full of fluid, which makes it stiff and harder to squeeze. Remove finger from end of dispensing tube. Liquid is transferred via siphon. NOTE: During priming, finger is over end of dispensing tube, source tube is in liquid to transfer, and bulb is squeezed, which creates pressure. Do not squeeze bulb so fast that too much pressure builds up and liquid squirts out of siphon/pump seals and/or siphon/pump comes apart or breaks, squirting liquid everywhere, which could be harmful if liquid is dangerous. So slowly squeeze/release bulb until bulb becomes full and stiffer and harder to squeeze, at which time system is fully primed and you can remove finger from end of dispensing tube.

Basic but effective
Basic but effective. Bought it to replace the one that came with my Water Rower (I lost it), and it seems more or less identical. It let me empty the rower tank and refill it with fresh water. Just like the original pump for the Water Rower, it's a little awkward to do due to the location of the tank fill port, but it gets the job done.

I bought this siphon to drain fuel from garden machinery to prepare for Winter. I used it for the first time today to drain petrol from a ride-on mower. it couldn't have been easier to use - put the stiff plastic tube in the fuel tank and the flexible tube in a suitable container, squeeze the bulb and you're away. The flexible tube is long enough to reach the fuel container I put on the ground next to the mower, so I had both hands free for the siphon. I didn't time it, but it only seemed to take about 10 squeezes of the bulb to get a litre or so out of the tank. Plenty fast enough for me. Provided it lasts, I can't think of any negatives. In summary, a simple, easy-to-use, effective and cheap product that I'm happy to recommend.

Muy fácil de usar. La compré para drenar el depósito de gasolina y aditivo de mi motosierra. Sólo falta ver la durabilidad de los materiales. No soy leñador y mucho menos de tiempo completo. Por eso espero que me dure mucho tiempo.
