Definitely one of the better protein bars I’ve had!
I’ve tried countless protein bars, but this one stands out for a few key reasons. First, it’s made with a blend of whey and milk protein, plus plant-based carbs and fats, which gives it a solid nutritional base without any weird aftertaste. I love that it supports both muscle building and gut health with added prebiotic fiber. Even better, it contains no artificial sweeteners, flavors, or dyes, so I feel good about what I’m putting into my body. The total transparency in their ingredients—no proprietary blends—is a huge plus. Plus, knowing the bars are tested for purity and certified free of banned substances by Labdoor™ gives me peace of mind. It’s not a “magic” meal replacement or workout booster, but it’s perfect for a high-protein, low-sugar snack. I appreciate that they offer a money-back guarantee, which shows they really believe in their product. Highly recommend trying it if you’re looking for a clean, natural, and tasty snack!

Delicious and Filling
These are delicious - the perfect level of sweetness without being overpowering. The chewy consistency is spot on, and each bar packs 20g of protein, which makes them super satisfying and great for holding me over between meals. I’ve been using them as a post-workout snack or when I need an energy boost on the go. My only wish is that they were slightly lower in calories, but the taste and nutrition profile make them worth it. Overall, I highly recommend if you’re looking for a convenient, high-protein snack that actually tastes good.

The BEST protein bar
This is my go to bar when I’m hungry and wanting protein with little carbs. It’s tastes great and is easily chewable. This size is the best value for your money.

Good but no brain ingredients
Good bars although very hard and they don't have any of the so called brain ingredients in the second image. I have no idea where that image comes from because it's not on the box or in the ingredients

Quality going down!
I've purchased these chocolate chip bars numerous times in the past several years (both through Amazon and Legion) and stayed with them because they had a nice texture and tasted great. However, I just received two boxes the other day and the first two bars out of the first box were terrible. Very gritty and chalky tasting. I don't know if they changed their ingredients or didn't thoroughly mix the batter. If the second box is similar to the first I will be done with these Legion bars and try other companies. If the next box is better I'll update my review.

Oh the bitterness
These have a strong hint of artificial sweetener sometimes found when the wrong balance of stevia is used. Also, the bars, while dense, we're also hard. Almost as if you could crack them. Not a fan, though I love Legion normally. Could just be this flavor and the others could be great.

Tastes like real chocolate chips
I really like how these taste like they have normal chocolate chips. The chocolate actually can get a little bit melty when warm which gives the effect of a “fresh baked” cookie. The doughy part of the bar is similar to a Quest bar in my opinion—pretty chewy, but maybe a little bit crunchier than a Quest bar. I wish they were a little lower calorie and higher protein. The macros are 250 calories for 20 G protein which could be better, but overall I would pick these over Quest bars or 1st Phorm bars.

Good bars but for some probably not an everyday thing.
I use Legion Whey+ very regularly and love it so on my quest to try to get enough protein without needing to eat an unholy amount of meat a day I eagerly bought these bars! I got what I expected overall from a Legion product: good macros, high quality protein, and a better-than-most taste. Now this next part might be my fault for not being super familiar with bars and their ingredients but it quickly became apparent that some part of my diet was failing because I was so digestively backed up that I just felt bloated and uncomfortable nearly all day everyday. To use more direct language: I just couldn't poop. I had to take a look at my diet and what had changed all of a sudden and these bars were the only thing I could point to. So I did some research on the fiber in the bar. Turns out chicory root fiber can have this effect on people. It's not everyone, or even most, but my body combined with my daily intake of the bars was the only thing I could point to as to why my bathroom habits suddenly became so much less frequent and stressful. Basically it seems that not giving your system a chance to clean itself out and stacking intake of this type of fiber daily was having a negative effect on my poor digestive tract. I wish Legion was more up front about the possible effects of chicory root fiber on some people instead of advertising them as good for your gut and digestive without any caveats. Just shows that you need to do your research on the products you consume and really listen to your body. Like I said earlier though, these bars are easy to recommend for people who can handle them. I still have some left and will finish them but I'll just eat one every few days instead to give my body the time to recover. I don't want to be too harsh on the bars because of my own carelessness but I also feel they don't account for possible usage habits and different digestive compositions of different people in their marketing. I should also note that after taking a few days off from eating these bars my digestive habits went back to normal. Tasty stuff but just gauge for yourself whether they work for you or not.
