The first thing I was supposed to do before using this solution to test the device, according to the written instructions that came with the device, is check the expiration date on the solution. I just bought it, but the expiration date is 2 years expired. It is unusable. Unfortunately, I had procrastinated too long before using the solution, so I couldn't return it.

I bought this product. When I decided to use it I saw it had been expired for 2 years. The 30 days to return had already passed. Would not buy again. I should had read the reviews.

The control solution works well. The solution has been within the range shown on my test strip canister.
