These spikes slotted into a pair of Nike m9’s very easily and have kept a sharp point. They offer great grip when running around a track and are good value for money.

Purchased these for my son, for his indoor track racing. They came the next day and fitted perfectly.After using them for 4 races, they are all still intact, no loosening or bent spikes so far.Purchased some more for future use.

They grip slightly more than pyramid spikes

Good spikes but I bought two packs and one of them only had 10 spikes instead of 12 ?
