I wasn't expecting such brilliant quality essential oil when I ordered this. Old tree essential has definitely set a standard for essential oil brands. I've ordered oils from the essential oil brand "kalp" and found their oils watery as compared to this brand. The scent lasts for days and I've had kids sniffing me asking why I smell like cupcakes and candy. The consistency is dense and actually feels like oil. Only 2 drops will have you smelling heavenly throughout the day. It's a bit pricey as compared to others but with the quality it's definitely worth every penny. Great job old tree essential, will definitely be buying more from this brand. Thoroughly satisfied.

I am a repeat customer for this sandalwood oil, and for good reason! The fragrance is timeless and classic. Plus, it's gentle on the skin - I've applied it directly without experiencing any itching or irritation.

I bought rose - Awesome

This product has been labelled as pure essential oil, however, it did not pass the basic sheet test, which you can see in the pictures. I've made the test with this oil and another one, from a different brand. After you put 1 drop of each oil on a plane white sheet and wait for maximum 24h it should evaporate completely not leaving any stains behind, like the #2 did. This oil, as you can see on spot #1, leaves a big greasy spot of oil, which indicates it has been mixed with ordinary vegetable oil. Another thing I've noticed is that if you put in water and burn in a diffuser, it becomes very thick and dark, meaning it's cheap, bad quality adulterated oil.

I’m going to start by saying that I am VERY picky about lavender oil. But this one is completely different. -I have tried other brands and always got migraines from them. Not the case with this brand -The product came wonderfully packaged so it was not knocked over or destroyed..The quantity in the bottle surprised me too. It is the right size so it will last a while. -The scent is strong but not overpowering which makes me believe in its potency. Releases a nice, soothing,lingering aroma when a couple of drops are mixed in some water like bath water. -I do love that it came with a dropper, which makes filling smaller bottles and spray bottles very easy. - It has really helped me improve my sleep, I've been able to feel less anxious and stressed going to sleep. It has also helped me reduce the number of times I wake up in the middle of the night, preventing the interruption of my deep sleep. -I have been using this on my face at night. It really seems to do a nice job moisturizing my skin, but doesn't at all leave an oily film. My skin soaks it right up and seems to really like it. I have to be very careful what I use on my face because I can tend to break out and I have had absolutely no problem with this product. At first I thought the oil was a little on the heavy side but I found it is perfect right after a shower applied when skin is still damp - then it absorbs nicely and I found my skin stayed hydrated all day (even my elbows!) -I definitely prefer it to argan oil. I primarily bought this for my hair, and was happy to see it didn't leave a residue (I have VERY thick and course hair, so this can be an issue). Seems to work good with my dandruff issue. Will update more on that. - Haven't noticed any side effects till now. Will buy more from this brand in future. This lavender is rich, sweet, and full of depth. I request you to give it a try.
