I ordered this as a present for my brother to ask him to be the Best Man at my wedding. The etching on the glass was great, but there were a few scratches near the rim of the glass. I reached out to The Spotted Dog (Poseidon Brands) on Thursday, August 3rd through Amazon, and had a response within minutes. They expedited a replacement so I could give it to him at my engagement party on Saturday, August 5th. The replacement glass was perfect and put a huge smile on my brother's face.Couldn't be happier with the purchase, the quality of the etching, and the customer service.
