Stiff support but comfortable
Ordered a 5 women’s for my daughter who wears 3-4 size youth. These are stiff skates- in a good way. The skates at the sporting store had ZERO ankle support. These provide very stable support but are reportedly comfortable. The blades seem nice also. The blades are not ore-sharpened.

The media could not be loaded. Better than what I imagined! They’re so comfortable and really nice. I’ve been using rental skates for awhile and needed my own skates, and these were perfect for me. Worth it for the price!
