No. You have to fold it in order to get a firm pillow. But then you are left with a tiny little pillow that you will roll off of. If you are looking for a firm pillow, you might want to look at the inflatable ones. They are comfortable and you can adjust the firmness.

I washed the two I had and they came out fine. They needed a little re-shaping when they were dry, but they held up well.

Could this pillow be rolled up with the Teton sleeping bag and fit in the stuff sack?

I doubt it. The pillow is small and doesn't really compress that easily. Also there is not much additional room in the stuff sack for anything other than the bag.

How would you clean it? Can it be thrown into the washer/dryer or would you have to spot clean it?

Spot cleaning would probably be best. Not sure how the inflator tip or materials would hold up in the rubble and tumbles of a washer/dryer. Hot water or extreme heat may also be an issue. The material is easy to wipe down and doesn’t hold moisture. A cover could help. I’ve had mine for many years now, used it countless times and haven’t needed to wash it yet. Hope this helps.
