Good purchase

I am finding that this works nicely as a calming herb to help with sleep. It is difficult to wind down. I have found that if I take it about an hour before bed, I can get to sleep quickly and easily. I have also noticed that if I am experiencing some anxiousness otherwise, it also helps with that. I will be buying this again as I am finding it very effective, particularly when it comes to sleep.

I've been on the adaptogenic herb train for the past half year. It's been great for dealing with work and gym stress. My lifts in the gym have gone well, waking up and dealing with the awful nyc train commute isn't terrible, this stuff is great. I take it with ksm66 and ginseng for great effect. Nootropics depot also has their own ashwaghanda and ginseng too. They are active on reddit which garners my trust. Blast through your cortisol and get this quality rhodiola!

Great value for the money.

On the listing picture of the ingredient label it says “Other ingredients: vegetable cellulose” only, but in person on the bottle it also lists Magnesium Stearate which is an ingredient I personally try to avoid. If I had known this was an ingredient I would have bought from a different brand.
