Reached out to seller through Amazon for customisation options as soon as I placed the order. Seller replied promptly and made everything happen from the color of the medal (gold v silver), color of ribbon and sticker. Received individually packed medals, stickers and ribbons. I'm satisfied with the experience.

Only some madels are packed with well mannered but other is not well packaging and not shine as well.
