We love to add Lipton Beefy Onion Soup Mix to our roasts in our crockpot. It makes the most flavorful roast and gravy. It’s also great to mix with hamburger meat to make great hamburgers on the grill. Hard to find the soup mix in local stores so we order from Amazon for enough to do for awhile.

This stuff is amazing to cook with. Its got great flavor and seasoning is just right. Easy to just open the package and put into the pan or slow cooker.

So many uses, especially around the holidays. Dips, marinade, crockpot, soup base, etc. we love onion flavor in my family and umami infused foods. Great base for making gravy, too.

Brown your roast and put it in your Instant Pot. Add a envelope of this beefy onion, along with a can of Campbells French Onion soup to the drippings in the pan and stir them together. Pour mixture over roast in pot and cook. We usually pressure cook it on high for 2 hrs and get ready for a real treat. Remove roast and put in carrots and potatoes into juice. Cook for 5-8 minutes or until tender. Use left over meat in tacos. So good!
