Absolutely comfortable, non skid and beautiful mat!

The stivkiness of the bottom surface to the floor is lost soon making it slip. The rubber will shed for a while. But overall it is a great yoga mat.

I typically dont write reviews but wanted to for this one. I have been using this mat for a few months now - this has zero grip. The feet dont get any support from the mat while doing the yoga poses and just keep slipping all over. I would not recommend it for yoga practice. It is a good looking mat and one can buy it for a decorative piece :)

It is a very good alternate to PVC or TPE yoga mats and from my experience does not skid on the floor thanks to the rubber backing.But this is not suitable for those who have very dry feet as your feet will not get the grip while doing stretching yoga asanas.

It does stay in place! Also feel hygeniv since one knows that it can be washed easily.However, when we do asans like putting weight on palms after sometime plams do hurt but it is tolerable and last for a few seconds.Overall serves tbe purpose also looks clean and aesthetic!
