VELLOLHF-X100 Dedicated Lens Hood with Adapter Ring for Fujifilm FinePix X100 Digital Camera

I got this item really quick and it fits exactly as it should. The color is ever so slightly different than the barrel on Fuji X100s but it's so slight that it's not a problem. Especially for the excellent price.

Works great and saved me 70 bucks over buying the "original" product.One note. One does have to unscrew the front ring on the camera before replacing it with the new lens hood. Couldn't figure that one out. My local camera store was very helpful.. Easy once you know what your'e looking for.

I bought this lens hood from a different supplier, but that has no bearing on this review. It does fulfill the minimum requirements of a lens hood, but it cannot be used over any 49mm filter. So if you are using any type of filter, that filter will need to be removed anytime you want to use this lens hood, making it useless. Two, the finish out of the box was highly imperfect. If you're interested in an effective lens hood, which also works with the lens cap that comes with the camera, I would recommend Haoge LH-X49W.
