I bought this skirt for a beach trip, so that I would have something to cover my legs if I got very sunburned. I am 5'3" 180lb. The 1X fit me perfectly, and is a beautiful turquoise color. I love it. The first time I washed it, I followed the instructions to twist and bind the material so that it would have that signature "crinkle look". It took a long time to dry, but came out beautifully. The second time I washed it, I just hung it up on a hanger by the loops attached to the inside of the waist band. When it dried, it looked the same to me - very pretty - and dried in much less time.

This skirt has been around for years. at least 20, and when I ran across it, I was happy! When I got it, I was somewhat disappointed. It's very lightweight, and too sheer for my taste to go without some sort of under slip. I hate slips. I opted for an equally sheer pair of pants, ( works great. I'm 5' 4'' and the skirt is long enough to fit over the pants. I still like the pattern and color, though I was expecting a heavier sort of solid material. Kept it, and I really do love the wide elastic waist. nice! Update- I would recommend making sure you have an accurate assessment of your waist size. I wasn't able to wear this as often as I'd like because I needed the slip, ( I chose sheer palazzo pants for this, but found the two waistbands were too tight for me. and thinner slips don't stay put! I've had this skirt a year, it washes well, has not fadded, , nor did it shrink as I'd hoped it would. *L* I tried it on the other day and it is way too big for me now. Really bummed because I'm looking at having to get another skrt, and figure out a slip solution. ( and it's still a wee bit long. there is no way I'm rehemming this.

Love the colors and patterns. Purchased it for a trip to Europe. When there, noticed my finger kept getting pulled in between threads when walking. Finally figured it out - the weft (left to right threads) of the fabric doesn't weave (top to bottom threads) with the warp threads, causing the warp threads to become disengaged. Can't cut them or the rest of the fabric will open up and fray. Return window closed by the time we returned stateside. Would like to have this resolved. Very unhappy and disappointed in the defective fabric.

I love this skirt. I've received many compliments when wearing it! It's the perfect weight that allows it to fall nicely. This is a nice quality skirt, and I'm glad that I purchased it. I think I'll gift one to my sister. I am 5' 8" and 140 lbs, and this skirt fits midi, maybe a bit longer, length on me. It's perfect for wearing with sandals or even booties with tall/scrunched socks. I wear it with a medium dark, leather belt with a silver buckle; along with a couple pieces of turquoise jewelry. Very cute. Quite versatile. I LOVE this skirt!

I’m so disappointed. I ordered this for a special occasion. It’s too big. I should have ordered the next size down. But I was going to be wearing it with an elastic belt anyway. The problem is rather than being cut in an a-line shape, loose and flaring from the waist, it is cut straight down more pencil skirt style. Barely any wider at the bottom than the top. It’s a rectangle, not a triangle. There is no flow at the bottom and the whole thing is stiff. It doesn’t move. It is not as shown in the ad.
