Gave 5 stars because its worth the price. It's no $200-500 vacuum but If you want a relatively cheap vacuum that works pretty well on tile and hardwood this is it. It also does well for vacuuming out the car and for cob webs in corners of the house. Does well with pet hair, small bird feathers and cat litter. Does not pick up large clumps of hair or large leaves and debris. Suction is pretty good, just remember to empty it and shake out filter regularly. Cord is kinda short but I have a small house so it works for me. Otherwise get an extension cord

This vac is havier than I thought, but it's okay as its still lighter compare to dyson. But it hardly pickup any dirts from the floor. I was surpriced of tiny little dust in the bin after I vac the whole house so I tried with my own vac which picked up so much dust in the bin! Shocking experience! I'm returning this!!!

I gave the overall of 3 stars bc of the customer service. They pride on a 1 year warranty if you email them but it’s been a month since I’ve emailed twice and haven’t heard back from them. It’s a good vacuum, however the floor brush stopped working after a few months. The vacuum still works but it would have been nice to get a replacement floor head before the warranty is up.

I got this yesterday and I just use today.This beats every thing I have ever owned. It worked great and powerful! The ben is great as well, as you don't have to pull hair out of it. Also got to love how you can wash the filters out and not have to buy. And it’s light weight you can carry easier.

My only complaint with this vacuum is the cord is too short. Couldn't vacuum a large room from the same outlet. I live in a very old house where outlets are at a premium and already have a cordless hand vac but needed a vac to get under furniture. The one works great - pretty good on rugs and carpeting too although didn't expect that. Need an extension cord or to move to different outlets to finish some rooms.

It's ok but I have to turn it off upside down otherwise dirt falls back out of it. I wouldn't buy it again but it was on sale.

Needed something light to carry from cabin to cabin but strong enough to do the job. This little guy fits the bill. It does a great job on hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and carpet. The only thing we can't t get to suck up is those pesky pine needles but the big Kirby vac leaves a few of those, too LOL. Can't beat the Kirby but this one reaches under the beds,is s easy to carry, and easy to empty (and way more affordable) so it is getting more use than the big vacuum.

Loved this! Until about 2 weeks into use when the brush stopped spinning. The suction still works, but, I had to remove the brush and now it just scrapes on the ground as I attempt to get stuff off the hard floors. I had initially bought it for the constant dog hair battle, and it did work great. Even recommended it to a friend. But, wouldn’t buy again.
