You have to want to get better, but if you do this is the book to help you get on the right track to make your study time worth the time you are investing. Helps you understand why "just reading" the material over is not really studying for most people.

This is a well written and extremely helpful book for anyone who studies, has children who are in school, or who work in education. Gives easy to apply meta-analysis of the science and research that has gone into effective studying and learning strategies. I got this to help me learn about what really works when studying and it exceeded my expectations. Kudos to the authors Rhodes, Cleary, and DeLosh!
