Victorinox Chef's, Black Fibrox, 6 in.

I love this knife, super useful for random kitchen tasks that don’t require a full size chef knife. Haven’t had to sharpen yet but I’m sure that will be easy. Comfortable handle and lightweight

Great knife. The factory edge holds up a decent amount of time. Dress it up with a lan sky kit and this will last a long time. I have 3 now! I rotate them. Decent steel easy to sharpen.

I bought the knives in January but due to a postal strike in England and winter weather in the US, I was not able to get them until recently. I reached out, via Amazon e-mail,to the company and Will from Winware, LTD in England responded quickly. We communicated multiple times and each time, he was very informative although sorry that I had not received them in a timely manner. He just asked me to wait for a bit, which did because I understand that nothing can be done about a postal strike and weather delays. I finally asked that he send me another set of knives and he, without hesitation, promptly send them out along with an attachment of the postal tracking number. I finally received both packages a few days from each other and have sent one of them back. The knives themselves are great and will be a gift to my son and son-in-law to help them in prepping for their BBQs. Will was very conscientious throughout this whole ordeal. I would highly recommend this company and their products.

I just started using this knife today. What an immense improvement on my previous parring knife! Its sharpness made cutting up veggies that much quicker, more precise and efficient. I love that it’s also dishwasher safe. Sorry I didn’t buy it sooner.

This is my go-to knife for simple food prep when I am doing several different tasks for a small meal for 1-4 people. This knife can be used as a paring knife, utility knife, fillet knife, boning knife, and of course a chef's knife. It can't really handle heavy work like breaking down squash or pumpkins and it is too short for cutting bread, but I still find that I grab this knife for most of my cooking. Very Good Knife For the money today was the first realy good use & i gota say it worked well for Prosessing 3 Hogs I used it for scraping then gutting & then after a cleaning also for helping block as well as for trimming's to make sausage of coarse this was not the only knife used but it was a very big part & my Main go to knife ! i think i hit it on a Good honing rod 2-3 times all day & it is sharp as a razor And Redy to work again today ! I Will be buying more i would like to get a whole set as well as 2-3 more of this one !

I have purchased this brand before at a high end retail store. It is light, sharp and very useful. Really nice

I was in need of a knife like this and was very satisfied with the performance of this knife. Has a no slip grip which is confidence inspiring, yet the knife is comfortable to hold. I also thought it was decently balanced. Felt good in my large hands; the grip was plenty long.
