Great innovative recipes!!

But I never knew anywhere near this much about them. Varieties I never heard of, varieties I'll never see - but I am definitely going to try now. Recipes I can't wait to try out - this book is a fabulous reference for the greatest fruit in the world!

A very interesting history of the arrival of the mango in the United States! The pictures identifying the different varieties of mango are nice too, as well as the recipes. A very nice book to have!

If you like everything related to mangoes, you would enjoy this book which has many photos of many varieties of mangoes. Even if you shop around and get a copy for half price, I bet you will enjoy this book. I grow 5 varieties of mangoes in my yard and have several others coming on in the years ahead. I enjoyed this book a lot.

Mango is my favorite and this book is perfect for the "Mango Nerd/Geek" like myself! Delicious recipes as well as an excellent education about the mango. Yummy!

Its a great visual and gustatory guide to most of the mangoes you will ever encounter, and the recipes are an added bonus
