The Heroes of Olympus Paperback Boxed Set

I love this series of books and wanted to own this specific edition because of how nice it looks. Except for a little damage to the box the books arrived safely and I'm very happy with the books

This is the best series anyone would want to read. It is continuation of Percy Jackson and the Olympians series. I ordered this boxed set because I just love the book covers.

Package was in top condition,no complains except no bookmarks were included which was weird.

I was disappointed. At the time of delivery, the box was broken and was in a very bad condition. It broke my heart to see a beautiful box like that. The books' condition was excellent and they extremely awesome to read.

I love reading Rick Riordans books but when i ordered the box set ,the box was torn and the books were sellotaped to the box.overall condition was not good.pages also seem of poor quality

J'ai acheté les deux coffrets de Percy Jackson "& the olympians" et "The heroes of Olympus". Je n'ai pas du tout été déçu par mes deux achats : arrivés en deux jours en Belgique (amazon prime) et parfaitement protégés. Dommage que sur les livres on peut apercevoir des coups sûrement avant d'être emballés dans le plastique de protection. En tout cas, je suis très satisfaite et je les recommande à toute les personnes qui, comme moi, n'avait jamais acheté de livres sur la plateforme et qui souhaitent améliorer leurs anglais avec un vocabulaire pas trop compliqué à comprendre si on maitrise déjà les bases de la langue. Les petits posters sont toujours un petit cadeau qui font plaisir à l'intérieur des coffrets ! N'hésitez plus à les acheter, cette série rend accro !

Percy Jackson, Annabeth Chase, and Nico plus a slew of new heroes appear in this series. While the Titans were defeated in the first series the war is not over Gaea is stirring, and the Gods of Olympus are MIA. This series follows the Prophecy of the Seven revealed by Rachel Dare in the final book of the Olympians. The Greeks realize they are no longer alone in their service to the Gods, New Rome is introduced and together the Roman and Greek demigods need to work together to kill the giants and prevent Gaea from fully awakening. While many of the original Olympian 12 make an appearance the reader will be exposed to new monsters, heroes, and minor Gods. Riordan does a great job of keeping the reader entertained, and wanting more. I picked up Percy Jackson and the Olympians box set to see if my nephews and sons would be able to read it in the future. I like to scan through the books to see if they would be sufficiently entertaining, without a high exposure to sex or excessive gore. It makes me sound like a helicopter Mom/Aunt but I know my brother struggled to find book series that were challenging and entertaining and ended up reading a lot of comic books. I think these are a great version of YA for both male and female readers. The characters are strong, make hard decisions, and learn about sacrifice while independent. The struggles they face ( while not realistically relate able they draw similarities to issues teens might face in day to day life. Riordan encourages bravery, wisdom, and teamwork to help conquer seemingly impossible tasks) At 29 I am looking forward to exploring 'The Trials of Apollo.'
