I've been take this brand for about 14 months now and it's pretty good. I can see a noticeable difference in joint pain and inflammation without using a lot of meds, as for anti-aging, that's suspect still but I feel it's one of the variables that has aided me in having an overall better well-being.

Dr. August Dunning in his May 2020 book, The Phoenix Protocol: Dry Fasting for Radical Healing and Radical Life Extension recommends taking quercetin with resveratrol. This product assures that happens! Plus for a reasonable price and quality you get the many other benefits too. This product is a win-win and a great find! Update: I have bern talking 1 of this along with 1 of Life Extension advanced Quercetin 1st thing in AM & before bed with tsp. MCT oil. I had already been taking this same Quercetin. I have now had two vivid dreams which I can wake up recalling. I am left to think it is likely related to this Simply Organics trans-resveratrol & cannot know if its related to taking extra Quercetin or not. Last time I had clear dreams was taking 5-htp but I can have bit of groggy feeling upon waking with that. Not this. I will look forward to future of taking this!! His book confirms, we should open up dry fasting clinic's across USA like Russia has had for severe health issues incl stage 4 cancer, for nearly 80"years!!! USA could heal and be less susceptible to infections incl but not limited to covid-19.
