NeilMed Cleanse Sterile Saline Wound Wash, 6.3 Ounce

So far, this is working well to soothe and heal my ear piercings! I’ve had a helix for two months now that’s been nonstop sore but a week or so of using this spray and it’s been feeling much calmer. The only thing is the spray comes out super hard and aggressive, left the whole side of my face dripping lol. But it’s a big bottle and I don’t expect to run out for a while! Just be gentle when spraying lmao

perfect to use for new piercings or piercings that you are healing. Piercings that are infected, agitated red crusty. You can use it for any of these and it will fix you right up. It has the exact same ingredients as the saline wash that piercer’s cell at their establishment for half the price and you get more liquid. Great deal will be buying again. it has a very intense stream. It does get everywhere so I usually only use after the shower with Q-tips. Has made the process of healing my conch easy.

I think this might be excellent for actual wound cleaning. However, I bought it for my 16 yr old’s new ear piercings and while it was effective, the jet stream spray is intense! It is a strong, forceful spray!!!! It left his shirt soaked even though we tried to spray it lightly. Good product but not the delivery system that I was looking for.

Cheaper than their other NeilMed piercing cleanse. Only differences is the spray is really strong. But i found a work around, my h20 ocean spray had the same nozzle but with a finer mist so i swapped the nozzle from the h20 can to this one and it was a perfect fit and gives me the same misting option as NeilMed piercing kit. I am unsure if the nozzle on the neilmed piercing spray will fit on this one. I already threw out that can, leave a comment if you were able to change the nozzles around. It was super easy with the one i did.

Great for cleaning piercings. It is a good size, easy to travel with and carry around. Easy to use and has a powerful spray. No leaking. Does not offer pain relief but that is okay!

I’ve been using this for 3 days and my piercings already show signs of improvement. I had a Tragus that was swollen, since reviving it, for 3 months and a lower belly ring that just sees a lot of movement and irritation. The nozzle has two settings for a “dribble” and high pressure flow. Doesn’t smell weird either.

This spray is good, wish there was more in the bottle but it’s still a good product.

Works well for cleaning new piercings or wounds. Have used it on my dog as well in a pinch. Powerful full spray so it is not a fine mist product.

This actually helped me clean up a belly button infection after surgery. The doctors offered me some antibiotics but I really didnt like the type they offered (nasty side effects). I decided to try this first and am happy to say it worked and everything cleared up nicely.
