Great quality
I love this brand of gluten-free flour. I have struggled so much since my celiac diagnosis finding products that have good flavor and I really dont notice much difference between this and regular flour

So far so good for baking!
This is excellent GF flour. First we made a chocolate chocolate chip banana bread, then we tried sugar cookies (shown in photo). The secret to good GF baking is to follow recipes that use the exact flour you are using. Of course you can experiment and try different flours but if you want things to be fool proof when you’re bringing something to a party or hosting- it’s the safest bet. I don’t taste the blend of flours (rice, potato, tapioca?) when I bake with this in a good way; I just taste the recipe.

Best GF flour without the weird flavor or texture of others
My favorite gluten-free flour blend. I have tried several brands and this one is THE closest to flavor and texture (without the elasticity of gluten though) of normal flour. This has gone in my Subscriptions as it has been a better deal in bulk on here. I always recommend this brand to family and friends that need GF flour for savory or sweet cooking and/or baking.

This is my go to gluten free flour substitute. It really is just 1 to 1 for any recipe using regular flour.

ABSOLUTELY!! My favorite gluten free flour and is true 1:1. Tastes, cooks and has the same consistency as regular flour. Bob’/ Oats are the same way. Anything Bob Mill’s is fantastic. Best gluten free brand that I have found thus far (5 years now)

I used this flour to make pancakes. They turned out well, but the texture wasn't exactly the same as what regular flour provides.

Better than any other gluten free flour I’ve tried to bake with - you really can substitute it 1:1 with any recipe that uses plain flour and the cakes turn out relatively light. I wouldn’t use it in place of self raising flour though.

Excellent. Exactly what it says 1:1 flour for baking that more or less tastes like a regular flour based product. Cookies, cakes, cupcakes, pancakes all good. Haven’t tried to make bread, croissants, items where the specific consistency of flour is more essential to the outcome but basic cake like goods turn out well.

いつもi Herbで買っていましたが、i Herbの2倍の価格は高すぎます! そして、この日本代理店が出来てI Herbでは買えなくなりました。私はアパレル業界に長年いますが、普通卸値は60〜70%です。そう考えると酷過ぎます! 小麦粉代用のグルテンフリー商品の中でもいくつかの粉を混ぜてかなり小麦粉に近いこの商品はとても気に入っています。 独占はやめてほしいです。
