FirsTime & Co. Laguna Outdoor Wall Clock, 18", Aged Teal

My outdoor clock finally got beat up by the sun and heat. I've been looking for a new one to replace it and came across this clock. The price was right, the size was right and I liked the look. It was delivered in a timely manner and was easy to install one AA battery (not included) and hang it up outside on my patio. Hoping that this makes it through a extremely hot summer....time will tell. I would buy this item again.

The humidity and temperature dials are not very accurate. Seem to be stuck in same spot. When I received the clock I set time and noticed the clock stopped as the minute hand approached the dial for the temperature. Upon closer look, I could see the minute hand got stuck behind the dial for the temperature. I had to take the clock apart to release the minute hand. It has kept perfect time since and is hanging on my wall. I liked the face of this clock and the ease of reading it from a distance. The humidity and temperature dials are of no need to me.

I like to write honest reviews and am not one to complain easily but this was a terrible purchase. It looks lovely... but doesn't work. First of all, it take a long time to arrive. OK, patience is a virtue and a good product is usually worth waiting for. It is a good looking clock and I liked how it appeared on our exterior wall. But this was sold and purchased as an EXTERIOR clock and as soon as it rained... it stoped working. Specifically, after the rain the short hour hand got stuck behind the humidity indicator. The first time this happened, I played around with it and by moving the hour indicator around with the little plastic cog-thingy at the back, was able to get it unstuck. Happiness! Then it rained again. Same thing happened. Rain, repeat. Rain, repeat. I reached out to Amazon and had a long and ultimately unhelpful conversation with them via chat. I've been promised a replacement but that was ages ago and I'm still waiting. Is it stuck in transit again? Will it ever come? Do I need to go back to Amason for another fruitless conversation? Usually I find the customer service to be good. Not this time around. Save yourself from a similar headache and timesink and choose a different clock and not from FirsTime and Co.

Overall a very nice looking clock with oil bronze color palette. Has same cheap clock movement as all indoor/outdoor clocks (you can find the movement motors on Amazon for under $10) in the under $150 range. Good luck on making any adjustments on the Temperature or Humidity dials. Probable won’t happen without damaging something in the process. This is definitely a product that is more for show than accurate fine tuning.

Everything you need to know when outside on the patio. Looks great, perfect size, works great and is a nice addition to our outdoor patio.

I love it! It is beautiful on my porch and I can see it easily. Only problem is the glass broke in a wind storm. It still works great even without glass. I will order a new one and secure it better to the wall. Absolutely a great choice!

Looks nice and fits the space in backyard nicely. However, after about 3 years started not keeping time despite very frequent battery changes..after 4 years it is useless..
