Thermajohn Long Johns Thermal Underwear for Men Fleece Lined Base Layer Set for Cold Weather (Medium, Navy) Review: Warmth Without the Bulk - Warmth Without the Bulk This Thermajohn thermal underwear set has been an excellent base layer for cold weather. The fleece lining feels soft and adds a good layer of insulation without being too thick or heavy. I wore it under jeans and a hoodie on a chilly morning walk, and it kept me comfortably warm without overheating once I was moving around. The material has just enough stretch to allow easy movement, and the fit feels true to size for an XL—snug but not restrictive. What I especially like is that the set is lightweight yet traps warmth well, so it doesn’t feel like I’m bundled up. The fabric also seems to wick away sweat decently, which helps keep things comfortable if you’re active outdoors. After a wash cycle, it held its shape and softness, no pilling or shrinking noted. Something to keep in mind is that while this works great as a base layer, it’s not intended to be worn on its own in really cold temps—you’ll still want an outer layer. Also, the top is a bit longer, which helps keep it tucked in but may feel extra for some. Bottom line: A reliable, comfortable, and warm thermal set that’s perfect as a base layer for cold weather activities or just keeping cozy indoors. Review: Great buy - keeps you warm and cozy! - My husband say they are impressively warm without feeling bulky. The fabric is soft, stretchy, and comfortable enough for all‑day wear, whether you’re outside in freezing temperatures or just trying to stay cozy indoors. They wick moisture well and hold their shape after washing, which makes them a reliable winter staple. A solid choice if you want affordable thermal layers that actually perform.

Great product!
Got these for my son as a Christmas present since he works outside doing construction. He absolutely loved them. Said they were very warm but not to the point of sweating and a comfortable fit that moved freely with motion without binding.

Keeps you pretty warm for a good price!
I bought this for my husband, we had our anniversary trip to Colorado and it was snowing pretty hard! He mentioned that it was comfortable and that it’s not hard to slip on, it kept him warm throughout the cold weather and it was easy to layer. I think that it’s a pretty good fit and it’s thin enough to put under thicker clothes for winter time! He wore it under this thick winter jacket and it was perfect!

5-Star Review for Thermajohn Long Johns – AKA My Cold Weather Survival Suit
I never thought I’d be this emotionally attached to a pair of long johns, but here we are. The Thermajohn Thermal Underwear Set is like a warm hug from a teddy bear who also happens to be a professional insulation expert. Seriously—this fleece-lined base layer has no business being this cozy. I put them on during a cold snap and haven’t looked back since. I’ve worn them under jeans, joggers, and even pajama pants (don’t judge me). I’d wear them to work if I could. They’re warm but not bulky, stretchy without being saggy, and soft enough to make you question every other piece of clothing you own. Also, shoutout to the waistband for staying in place and not playing “let’s roll down every 10 minutes.” These long johns understood the assignment. If you’re looking to brave the cold while feeling like a warm cinnamon roll, these are it. Buy them. Your frozen thighs will thank you.
