Hi buddy, after i read the comments on social media I bought this , bottle . There is no small package to choose only the 500Ml bottle . I’m the one don’t like refrigerator. Compare with other item I paid the delivery through USPS arrival is normal ( the other item I even didn’t receive it at all as Amazon updated delivered already on days ago ?! ) … First of all , it says 1⃣️ hour before the meal . I did . But❗️Oh my Stomach! Feels bad . Then I searched from social media again and there is one said could after meal then I just did right after meal and , my stomach still feels a little bit uncomfortable, literally. 2⃣️，And ! Oh my Tooth ! Open your mouth look at your teeth you guys , r u ok ? I’m not ok , my tooth getting dark ‼️LITERALLY ‼️Even after I just swallow through my throat directly by using the attached spoon . And the 3⃣️， Oh my F… Spoon ! r u sure have to ,should , must use this attached plastic spoon? Each time after I pour it after the bootle( after shaking the bottle ) will obviously absolutely definitely spill it out of the spoon ! For real ‼️❗️I’m not shaking hand . So is here anyone can tell me guide me can I put it into my cup in stead of the attached spoon ? And after drink from the cup add some water ? I didn’t want to waste ! And who guys can tell me the TOOTH color problem ? Do u guys have no aboved issues that I can’t believe. Hope every one healthy with enough blood . PEACE !

All liquid iron tastes, well, horrible - yet this is the *best tasting* iron I've had. It doesn't mess up your GI tract and if you're as anemic as I was, you'll notice a definite difference even within a week if you take a few times a day.

This product raised hemoglobin levels very quickly in anemic Elderly and caused no stomach upset. Works great for anemic women too.

Found I couldn't take it because it had apple juice in it and I'm allergic to that.

Highly recommend this product if you need to boost iron fast and naturally!!!!! I say this based on my blood test results 1/12 weeks apart.

Taking max doze of 18 every morning . Expected as described instant energy, but somehow it is not there. Since iron supplement is in conflict with coffee, I stopped drinking coffee and still can last through the working day. This might be an indication of added energy. I will continue for another few month .
