Perfect blades
One heck of a saw blade. Had to customize the size of a steel house door with soild core. This blade went through it like it was warm butter. Very smooth cuts very functional and great quality blade.

Complete Novice
I am a complete novice and only used a circular saw a few times. I purchased a garage overhead storage rack and had to cut the posts down a few inches because the hanging post’s minimum height was too long. I did my research on the correct blade and this fit the bill. After purchase I spent about 2 hours watching circular saw safety videos to prepare for when the blade came. The saw easily cut through the 1/16 steel and saw no issues, hardly no sparks but alot of tiny chips I had to vacuum up. I took my time and cut about 24 posts down to size. Blade still looks good and looks like it will last a while.

Like butter
It cuts through 1/4" Corten steel plate like butter. The metal is cool enough to touch immediately after cutting. Make sure to set your saw to the deepest setting. The blade wears out quickly if you don't.

Great for cutting steel pipe and other nonferrous metals
This blade cuts through 3" schedule 40 galvanized pipe like butter on my 7 1/4" circular saw. Because of the toxic fumes, I didn't want to use my angle grinder, plasma cutter or cutting torch. I used this blade to cut all of my 3-inch pipe I used for my solar ground mount system. I made 17 cuts through 3 1/2" OD Schedule 40 galvanized pipe and 28 cuts through aluminum rails without a problem. The blade doesn't appear to be dull after all of those cuts, which I find amazing! 3/17/2021 Just thought I would add to my initial review. I just cut almost 6' of various lengths of 1/8" steel plate and the blade is losing sharpness as the last two feet were slow. I neglected to advise anyone who uses this type of cutting system on metal to wear arm covering, gloves and a face shield. I wore safety glasses initially until a chard of metal stuck in my forehead. You can get face shields for less than $5. Would I reduce my original rating, you tell me because, I just purchased two more. I love the fact that you can pick up the metal right after cutting it because, it doesn't get hot, cuts clean, straight, without any preparations. Haleilooyaw!

Why did I not buy one sooner!
This thing is amazing. Cuts fairly cold, so you can pick pieces up quickly compared to an abrasive cutoff or even plasma cutter. Dead straight lines (unlike plasma) with no dross (again...). I tossed it on an old, cheapest at the box store circle saw instead of one of my better ones, it's bogged a bit once or twice when trying to do partial depth cuts (for bending 1/4" steel plate) but I don't expect that was an intended function. Does throw sparks and makes a heck of a racket, but there will always be one of these on my shelf going forward.

works good for sheet metal
Cut very well except when I was cutting c-channel at the end of my cut it wants to kick back and it broke like 3of my teeth off and I was going extremely slow

Cuts Amazing
These blades cut amazing. Cut great and last for awhile. I cut a lot of steel with these. I’ve had 2 of them. The first one I broke a tooth off by jamming it into metal. My mistake. As long as you cut slow and let the blade cut these will last along time and give you great results for weird angles that your chop saw will not cut. Great for long heavy pieces that you don’t want to wrangle into your chop saw. I use it on the job site all the time. Worth every penny
