I take enough medicines that give me constipation. So I was interested in Probiotics promises to help my digestive system. But all I tried didn't help, until this excellent product! To help your Digestive System, a Probiotic needs to pass thru the Stomach into your Intestines. What I discoved, was that most Probiotics disolve in your Stomach, not your Intestines. At first I thought I'd been sent the wrong product, as it arrived in totally different packaging (white on top, with 2/3 lt. blue box on bottom,and lt.yellow band in the middle. But it has the right product name, and amounts. Weird to get this generic box. Hope it's good. Expires 06/2027.

I’ve tried other brands if probiotics and found Renew Life to be the best for my needs. My gut feels better all around. This product is as well as the very expensive ones.

Recently, my body started taking a stand against my excessive snacking on chocolate during work. Tummy aches were becoming the 'norm'. My sister Diane advised me to start taking a probiotic named 'Renew Life Ultimate Flora - 30 billion flora'. Apparently, all probiotics are NOT the same, and actually some of the probiotics out on the market can make things worse. This seems to largely depend on the number of flora, along with the included bacteria strains. Eating your daily yogurt a day may NOT be enough probiotics to digest milk products and huge 'chow-downs'. Probiotics are actually 'live' and 'good' bacteria that are great for your health, especially your gut! People over 50 have much less 'healthy' bacteria in their guts compared to their younger counterparts. After using the 'Ultimate Flora - 30 billion'' probiotic for just a couple of days, I noticed a major difference. I take one a day with breakfast. My stomach didn't seem touchy or hypersensitive anymore. Quite frankly, I was shocked to see an immediate result. I am now recommending this to all of my friends, and they too are having the same result. This may not be a good thing, but I am back to eating whatever I want without the fear of stomach cramping. Tummy aches are NO longer my 'norm'. This is a fantastic product that will be a part of my daily supplements from here on out.

I'd been using the same multiple-strain probiotic for years. It was expensive, but since the manufacturer was a major grocery and drug store brand, I could get it easily and often on sale. Those times I couldn't, I tried less expensive probiotics, but could feel a difference after a few days, experiencing bloating and a "backed-up" feeling. When the product was discontinued, I set out to find a replacement as close to my original probiotic as possible. RenewLife is it. The 12 strains, genera, and 30 billion CFU are nearly identical, so I assumed the effects would be the same. After using for nearly two weeks now, I can confirm RenewLife is just as effective. If I buy the 90-count pack, the price per tablet is the same as when I'd purchased the previous brand on sale. What is even better about this RenewLife line is that for those of us who have been using probiotics for some time, we can increase the CPU to 50 or even 90 billion SPU. (If you are new to probiotics or have a sensitive stomach, start with a lower count; then build up to avoid stomach issues.) They also have lines with 27 and 40 strains. After some health changes, I'd been feeling that my previous probiotic might no longer have the same effectiveness. I ordered the identical RenewLife product; but now that I've tried the brand and trust it, I think I'm ready to move to the next level and will absolutely choose another RenewLife probiotic.

Ordered 3 (90 caps each, total 270 caps = 9 months duration) as they were on discount. Relatively fast delivery and came on 26/01/23. However, was so disappointed with the close expiry date - 10/23. I only hope that the quality is not affected.
