I no longer hike without it
It took a bit of adjusting, but the vest is comfortable and works great once you get the proper fit. No more neck pain and numb arm from my camera neck strap! No more camera bouncing or swinging around when I bend over or hike. I still use the losely draped camera neck strap as a precaution in case the camera slips out of my hands while I'm using it.

Comfortable & convenient
This camera harness works great. Holds the camera securely close to the body while hiking in the woods. It easily releases for quick photography. It is so much more comfortable than a neck strap. Good product.

Well made, camera feels securely attached.
It's well made and my Canon T6i with 250mm lens feels securely attached. Fairly easy to draw camera to take a photo, not super fast. Fits me well after playing around with the exact angle to attach the shoulder straps. I'm 6ft4in 260lbs. Only issue is see is using this harness while wearing a backpack and hiking in the summer, it will be hot and sweaty.

Perfect for long hikes with a heavy camera!
This vest is so comfortable and it takes the pressure of the camera off of my neck/shoulders for when I’m out for a long time. The camera rests right on my chest and is easy to grab and shoot.

Not designed for comfort (Revised—was "Excellent product for the price")
REVISED REVIEW: After using this harness for a bit over a week, I've changed my opinion of it. Although the should straps are adjustable, they can't be adequately adjusted so that they don't exert pressure on the base of the neck area. Presumably you can angle the straps outward from the back of the harness so they don't impinge on your neck, but that's not the case. They always want to rest on the base of the neck. Result: my neck and shoulders are tight and sore from this harness. What would make it a lot better is if the straps would attach to some sort of horizontal strap running across the shoulder blades, so that they'd run parallel over the shoulders. Instead, they connect to a single pouch on the back, so they will always want to pull toward the neck. I guess I'll have to go with something a lot more expensive. ORIGINAL REVIEW: "Here are my thoughts on this harness, which I recommend to other photographers who are experiencing pain and fatigue carrying a single camera. After using an over-the-shoulder strap to hold my Canon 5D with 100-400mm lens, this product does exactly what I needed: it distributes the weight evenly over both shoulders at the correct angle to distribute the weight while keeping the shoulder straps off my neck. I'm expecting this will avoid the painful knots I previously experienced in my shoulder and neck muscles. The camera locking system is secure and easy to use. Screw the supplied cam into the tripod socket of your camera. Make sure the wider dimensions of the cam run horizontal (right-to-left) rather than up-and-down. This is important so that the camera cannot slip out of the harness socket without the user intentionally turning the camera sideways. There's also a clip-on tether for added security, plus a wide "seat belt" to keep longer rigs from swaying during hikes, though the "seat belt" was barely long enough to go around my Canon 100-400mm lens. At least one reviewer has criticized the flat screwdriver tool provided to attach the cam to the camera. I had no trouble using the tool, which provides plenty of torque and easily stashes in the media pocket on the front of the harness. Expect to spend an hour or so getting things adjusted just right for your body. To me, this seems reasonable, given all the relief it's going to provide for your unique body shape. I do wish the adjustment process were a bit simpler. Hardest of all is to attach the shoulder straps at just the correct angle for your shoulders, and to make those angles symmetrical. To do that, you have to separate a hunky section of Velcro to adjust each strap in a rather tight sleeve (TIP: cut two pieces of thin cardboard to slip between male and female Velcro while you get the proper angles, then remove the cardboard and press the Velcro together). I would have liked to see a chest adjustment to raise the fronts of the shoulder pads, which would allow me to hang the whole rig a bit lower on my body. But really, that's asking a lot for a product which costs a fraction of similar systems. All in all, I'm quite happy with this harness."

Glad I bought this
I had a regular camera strap that went over my neck but slipped on some mud going up a hill and watch my camera swing forward. I cracked the hood but miraculously didn’t damage the lens. I bought this right after and feel much more secure walking around.

Comfortable
For the price it's really good compared to Cotton Carrier. But it's really comfortable and easy to adjust, wish that it came with extra mounts for the camera.

No warranty, Product failed.
Edit: Plastic catch that holds camera cracked at about the 60 day mark. I cannot find any warranty other than the 30 day return policy. Second purchase of this vest, purchased my first one four years ago. It just wore out. The new vest came with a safety strap that I can’t figure out how it would attach to a camera. I immediately broke the clip and added one that fits. I also cannot mount the round bracket on my camera in the perpendicular position because my camera body will not clear the catch. I have not had an issue with my camera coming loose from that feature though. One new feature I would like to see is an extra strap that goes over a telephoto lens to secure from swinging. I made one for my first vest.

Its amazing I use my canon with my Canon's 200-800mm lens is also I feel super safe, besides I almost don't feel the weight of the lens. I can do 15 km trails without feeling the weight
