It's cheap, cheaply made, kind of flimsy feeling. Typical Chinese fixture. It looks good though.It has a surprising amount of plastic in the fixture. A lot of metal, but more plastic than I expected. The thing is though, fixtures like this don't really take much, if any abuse, once installed, so the platic parts really don't matter a whole lot. Just something to consider. Definitely good for a budget diy project.Installation is basically the same as any fixture. If you're a homeowner who does your own work, you probably won't even need to look at the directions.It's bigger than I expected. (That's what she said). Probably too big for a small room like a laundry room or closet. I did get this for my laundry/mud room at the garage entry. It is a bit oversized for that. But that's on me, not the product. I only put in 1 bulb because 3 would have been overkill.I think, as long as you install this in the right size room, you should be happy with it. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Heads up *by K***T on Reviewed in the United States on August 13, 2019* Make sure that you purchase bulbs that will outlast you, as there are eight nuts to remove to remove the cage to put in a bulb. You cannot replace the bulb without taking it apart. Not real convenient. Directions are iffy. Also, not all metal! Plastic, cages seem to be the only metal, be cautious in tightening anything or it will break! If you are paying someone to install, I highly recommend putting the bulbs and cages together in advance. It'll save a few dollars. I love the look, however does not match any oiled bronze that I have. So if you're trying to match, don't count on it, it is more of an antique brass. For my purpose I don't mind that it doesn't match, however I would've been annoyed had it mattered. Installation is today. Sure hope they work. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good complimentary Lighting *by D***S on Reviewed in the United States on July 31, 2019* This light is close to the surface, so isn't going to be a fixture that is going to be the main attraction like a chandelier or pendant, but it looks good if that's your intent. The coloration doesn't look like an army pattern of black and bronze like some other fixtures. I ended up swapping mine for a ceiling fan light fixture.
