Very good knife, good thick handle, easy for someone with grip problems to hold, good make that is usually long lasting and a good price, has kept a sharp edge

Had very little use so far but appears to do the job, the handle is very grippy

Cuts meat like butter. Loved this knife so much I bought another in a longer length. Best to wash by hand as I think washing machine detergent may dull the edge a bit.

At the time of this review, 01/01.2021, the image used for this knife is not the knife described. My wife purchased this knife for me based upon the image and not the description. Unfortunately, I already had the knife that was sent. Thankfully, I was able to return the knife that was sent. Further more, the number on the knife in the image, does not match the description of the knife with that number on the Victorinox web catalog. The knife in the image shows a pro handle, but the number on the knife in the image has a safety handle on the Victorinox website. Finally, the product numbers used on the amazon sight, are not the product numbers used on the Victorinox website, making it very difficult to purchase the particular knife one is seeking.
