I own several 1980s vintage Mercedes Benz cars. None of them came from the factory with cup holders. This was not uncommon back in these days. Anyway I've been looking for a good cup holder for use in these cars. I have found a few aftermarket products but they are mostly unsatisfactory due to being too flimsy, too expensive or both. I found this one on Amazon and figured it will be a good fit in the center console area between the front seats. I put it there and secured it with double sided tape. It was just the thing I needed. I plan to buy more for the rest of my cars. I would have included a photo so people could get a better idea of how this looked. Unfortunately the photo I attempted to load got an "Unsupported file type" notice. Amazon reviews doesn't accept JPG files? I hated the idea of Honda putting cup holders in the middle of cloth seats between passengers and imagined going over bumps in the road and coffee spilling all over the seats.
