These have changed my life. I have had issues with severe reactions and bloating to certain food and every time I travel for years. I have SIBO and other issues. I really feel pulled to write this review and I am not a big review writer. I ordered this supplement in May and have taken 2 a day 85% of days over the course of 8 weeks. I know most people (aka influencers who promote it) actually take it daily so that’s what I decided to do. For a while I felt like I saw enough positive results, though they were slow to manifest, to keep taking them. They definitely reduced inflammation by reducing bloating, made me feel pretty decent and seemed to support general health. So I kept taking them. I also have historically irregular cycles and periods. Since starting this supplement I had 2 relatively consistent and “regular” cycles. So I started thinking great! But after those 2, which had been 32 and 35 days respectively, things got wonky. During my third cycle I had ovulation symptoms on day 7 and a period the normal 14 days after that, making it a 21 day cycle. Had a normal period for 6 days, felt great, then one week after my period stopped I started bleeding, and cramping, again like I was starting my period again for multiple days. My app tracker would mark this as an 11 day cycle!!! I have a few extraneous variables - stopped breastfeeding my second daughter in March after 18 months and have tried to stay consistent with eating healthy and getting regular, low impact exercise. But these symptoms popped up in June and July. All of that to say, other than my normal multivitamin, this JSHealth Detox and Debloat is the only thing I’ve added or changed significantly and I’m worried it may be a contributor to these weird menstrual cycle symptoms. The supplement contains inositol which is a known supplement in the fertility community and 222% the RDA of molybdenum which through reading seems like it might contribute to prolonged and/or irregular menstrual bleeding by affecting estrogen and copper levels. I am going to stop taking it completely and see what happens but be mindful and talk to a healthcare professional before deciding to take this daily, like I did, because an influencer “does it.” I’ve also reached out to the company for ingredient clarification and they have yet to respond. I admit I am very weary of supplements for this very reason. I’m hoping these side effects do not last.

Have been taking this over a year for bloating and it works amazing! Easy, gentle and effective!

Received my order on 7/13 and took 1 pill and noticed it worked right away, hours later ate and took the 2nd 1 and shortly after experienced extreme gas pains. I think I’ll stick to 1 a day and add in a probiotic. No other symptoms so far but will come back to update. Pill is large. Price is a bit high, got it on the prime day deal.
