2 x Analogue Analog Sticks Thumbsticks Grips Thumb Joystick Cap for NGC Gamecube Controller

These things are pretty cheap, but they function. The holes on the bottom of the joystick replacements do NOT match up with the OEM GameCube controller sticks. I had to use a flat head and gouge out a sliver of plastic to make it work/fit properly. The gray stick was rubberized at the top, but it's a touch smaller than OEM and the C-stick is full on plastic. I'll probably get some higher quality ones for future projects.

It's hard to tell from the product listing and even from these photos but the control stick is smaller than normal, the rubber is weirdly hard - it feels more like plastic than an actual cap, the undersides don't really fit, and they don't even entirely match up with the images in the listing.
