Ultra Platinum Full Synthetic

I've ordered this 3-pack of oil twice now. The oil is good quality and the price is good.

Of the cheapest price you can find for this product! As for quality, it’s a well known brand and is part of shell family so I hope it’s good quality! I change every 5k miles.

I’ve used Pennzoil for decades, literally. This 0W-20 synthetic is now the oil weight used by many new vehicles. Pennzoil makes excellent products and all my vehicles have run forever, with at least 3 going over 300,000 miles and kept going strong. I won’t use any other oil but Pennzoil.

Many full synthetic oils out there but you can't go wrong with Pennzoil Ultra Platinum. Have been using it in my vehicles with no issues. Change my oil every 5,000 miles. It's Dexos1 GM Gen 3 approved and has less Parts Per Million (PPM) of additives then other oils which have to add additional additives to get Gen 3 approved. This means the base oil of Pennzoil is better without adding the additives to get Dexos1 Gen 3 approved. Gen 3 means you have great protection and a cleaner oil at the base level. I know, too much tech talk but you're basically getting a better quality oil for the price. With any oil you use, change it at the very least based on your owners manual. Changing the oil is key to protecting your engine and providing you years of operation.

3x5-quart jugs without good cap seals or bags is not a good way to ship - it was set on my porch in a way that put all the weight on the lowest jug, didn't lose too much volume of oil but it soaked through the bottom of the box. Glad I brought it in promptly and have a basement to store it away from pets. Otherwise it's a good deal on great synthetic oil
