The shredder itself is straight forward dare I say very simple to use as it a no bells or whistles item but essentially it does what it should do faultlessly and so far I have not experienced any issues at all. Would I recommend this product ? YES if it is available at a good price NO at full price !! ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY *by K***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 26 February 2024* Having just had our Rexel 65 fail after 20+ years of service we purchased this Rexel X312, bought because it was described as one of similar performance to what we had.The shredder was unpacked and put to use. About 40 sheets of normal office paper needed to be shredded and initially I fed in three sheets (no staples) and it seemed to struggle so I continued with two sheets at a time but soon after that it jammed, and the "Anti-jam" system did not operate!It was unplugged and I had to hand pick paper out in several places. It then worked again but soon after jammed again (the anti-jam did not operate again)More time was wasted clearing the jam and the last few sheets were shredded.Overall, this Shredder was not up to the standard advertised.It struggled with three sheets of "NORMAL" office paper (and seriously doubt it could cope with the advertised 12 sheets it described as capable of)The "Ant-Jam" technology DID NOT work on either occasions.Time wasted was over 30 minutes ... this Shredder is NOT performing as advertised ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Works well *by T***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 30 October 2023* Won't do 12 pages unless they're of very lightweight paper.
