Love this! So good & healthy! Very convenient, just add hot water and microwave 30-60 seconds! I add a little cinnamon, tiny bit of avocado butter, a pack of stevia, sprinkle of coconut sugar and a tiny bit of almond milk. Add a few berries like strawberries, raspberries or blueberries for more flavor! Add a slice of Dave’s Sprouted skinny bread toasted with a little avocado butter, and you have yourself a delicious healthy breakfast in about 5 minutes!! The $5.99 a box is a little expensive but doable.

Now my default breakfast. The directions are good but I confess I now cook mine on medium for 1 1/2 minutes, stir it and continue to cook it on medium for a minute more. I think it's creamier. Without sweetener or cream this is a basic 100 calorie breakfast. Of course I add 1TBS of brown sugar (45 cals) and 2 TBS of fat free half and half (20 cals). Not bad for a good tasting breakfast.

I like this product because it cooks really quick and I can add whatever I want inside depending on the mood I am in. It is really hard to find a high quality and delicious gluten free oatmeal, but this one has become my favorite. Would 100% recommend!

The product tastes good. But I made a mistake when ordering did not realize it was almost $30.00. Would NEVER have bought hot cereal for that price. Will never make that mistake again. Can`t believe that someone would have the nerve to price hot cereal at that price. Will never buy stuff like that online again. Would have sent it back but because its a food item they won`t allow it.

Very pleasantly surprised by the Arrowhead Mills Instant Quinoa and Oat hot cereal. For a product with zero sodium and zero added sugar, the taste is really good. Even pleasant. Highly recommended not only as it's gluten free, but for anyone like me who is trying to avoid wheat and/or is on a Candida-fighting regime. Excellent product!

This item was slightly past its date in terms of shelf life. Still it's a good breakfast food and should be made in cold water rather than just heated with water from the teakettle. Unfortunately, company should check the "sell by" date.

I'm wary of gluten free products, since packaging states gluten free but I still end up with problems. No issues with this product! I add cinnamon or frozen berries for a quick, healthy and delicious breakfast. Will buy again!

This is definitely an oatmeal consistency. Nowhere near the Cream of Wheat I miss so much. As for flavor, I have tried everything from regular sugar, brown sugar, maple syrup, cinnamon, butter, all things together, and despite any combination, this oatmeal-like breakfast product will not absorb flavor at all. It literally tastes like nothing. It's like making oatmeal with water, except without flavor, even if you add sugar and flavor. Will never buy again.
