This is a favorite of mine. Not nearly as sugary, do not think it has any sugar will have to look at product label om side of canister label: has never increased blood sugar levels increase according to meter;

Cheaper at Asian markets
I usually pick this up at the local Asian market for about 1/3 of the price... not sure if that helps anyone out there. :) Most larger Asian markets and nearly all Chinese (specific) markets will carry this. This is the best flavor mix I can find that I add to my milk for additional vitamins and minerals. I can't drink the "sweet" non-European Ovaltine because the "Americanized" is just plain too sweet for me.
