Used for salad preparation for a small number of people, this product is well constructed and handles fluids well with no leaks if not submerged. It is not heavy and it is easy to store. Based on experience with a very similar product previously owned, do not fill with water or leave fluids standing inside. Just wash under faucet and let dry upside down.

I’m a big fan of bamboo products and thought I’d give this bowl a try. I like the design, it’s different and I’ve received many compliments from my friends. I bought this for my sister as a gift for her birthday because she is into healthy eating and this bowl is made from natural eco friendly bamboo. It also came in stunning packaging so there’s is no need for me to have to have to spend time doing any gift wrapping! It looks to be great quality, solid and seems very durable. It’s also bigger than I expected so I’m sure she’ll enjoy making large family salads for her and her kids or just using it in her kitchen as a fruit bowl.

The bowl cracked down the side would you please replace. Thank you.

it looks watertight but leaks easilyi believe it is ok for dry and decorative use
