Nalley Hot Dog Relish, 10 oz

Excellent ingredient for hamburger secret sauce. The burger chain Dick's from Seattle, uses 3:1 ratio of Mayonaise to Hotdog Relish for it Dick's Deluxe burgers. Recipe from the son of the founder described the recipe during an interview: 3 tablespoons Mayonaise mixed with 1 tablespoon Hotdog Relish. The original Nalley's brand was made in the Seattle area.

I love this relish. I use it in my pasta salad. It adds a wonderful flavor that does not taste like Miracle Whip as in the salads purchased at the supermarkets.

Nalley's pickles also says Product of India in very small print.

I like hot dog relish on my hotdogs. For some reason I can't find it in my local grocery stores. I decided to order it on line. It is good, just what I wanted for my summer dogs. I thought it was a little expensive.

the relish was jsut a little too runny
